What You'll Do:
* Manage monthly close, reporting, and financial analysis
* Lead improvements in processes, automation, and reporting tools
* Oversee major payments, reconciliations, and forecasting support
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting/system issues
* Mentor and support accounting staff
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
* 2-4 years of experience; property/multifamily a plus
* Strong GAAP foundation
* Experience with Yardi/RealPage/Entrata/MRI helpful
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
